Tang Soo Do – Parkers Serial Kickers

Traditional Martial Art of Tang Soo Do
Master Ian Parker has been working hard for many years to create a group of elite clubs in the City and surrounding areas. He is also responsible for taking his students out on the National and International sports martial arts circuits – cleaning up many awards on the way.
Recently he has been encouraging diversity of martial arts in the city by bringing in big TV stars to Peterborough to share different styles of martial arts. Britain’s Got Talent finalists -Liam Richards and Danny Ball, who form the duo Strike – impressed martial arts pupils with their punches, kicks and flips when they descended in the city with a performance of their different styles of martial arts, acrobatics, gymnastics and dance, which are all choreographed to music.
He also brought in Chris Crudelli from Mind, Body and Kick Ass Moves to give training seminars. (In fact, Master Parker was so impressed he is now training at every opportunity with Master Crudelli to learn from his style..)
You will find the following benefits when you join Master Ian Parker and the Serial Kickers:
Self defence – Improve Flexibility – Meet New Friends – Improve Fitness – Gradings (Belts) and Seminars – Competitions – Social Evenings.
A non-profit making Martial Arts club which believes in teaching the highest standards of Martial Arts at a reasonable cost to anyone who wishes to join them. While entry to this elite Martial Arts club is normally by recommendation of existing members only, Master Parker welcomes enquiries from anybody having a serious interest and for any further information please do not hesitate to contact him using the online form at :
or feel free to visit a club at any of the locations in and around the Peterborough area.

Tang Soo Do Put Under Pressure
June 20, 2008 by goshinman · Leave a Comment
Pressure and Vital Points were on the agenda last (Thursday) night as Master Ian Parker warmly invited Master Peter Holmes to use the training night at Walton to give an introductory seminar on how to hit harder and start locating vital points on the body.
Starting with the simple handshake and how to stop an over strong person from crushing your hand, the evening moved through various exercises that demonstrated the relaxed heavy hand technique, pushing techniques and on into magnifying the pain in to common strike points. This latter demonstration was much appreciated by Master Parker – being the recipient of the pain!
The class consisted of adults right down to small juniors and all took away something useful from the mini-seminar. Inter-style friendships were forged and it is hoped that this will be a continuing affiliation with Master Holmes visiting once a month to share his knowledge.
Master Ian Parker runs Tang Soo Do based clubs all around Peterborough and is known for his very successful tournament teams, ‘The Serial Kickers’. He can be contacted via the Club Secretary on our links page.
